I have attended meditation classes at The Golden Space Malaysia since August 2016. The first classes I attended were part of the comprehensive meditation package, and that was my first experience with non-religious and universal meditation. I really enjoyed the guided meditation sessions, and the relaxed, friendly and supportive atmosphere at the centre. It is a good place to de-stress and find oneself, to recover from the ravages and blows suffered throughout life and set out again with renewed vigour, passion and determination. I was skeptical but being at my wit’s end, I gave in to attending an evening meditation. Today, it’s a different me that speaks to you.
