I have just joined Ankida, after taking part in the free lesson which is invaluable for understanding if this discipline is right for you. At the end of the lesson I told the teacher that this was what I was looking for! Ankida: not just to learn something new for me like Yoga but a Center with a capital C, without unnecessary frills where you can breathe tranquility, serenity and, as far as I'm concerned, the curiosity to discover!

I have been going to this center for years and it feels like home. The teachers are prepared, available, kind and encourage you to follow your own time and needs without forcing. What struck me is that they don't just teach you how to put the asanas into practice, but they explain the implications for body, mind and spirit. A serious yoga center!

Ankida is a special center, with special, available teachers who love their role: teaching yoga is a mission, it is a gift to give to others, just like the Master did with them. Rishi yoga is practiced here, and it is useless to search on the Internet, there is nothing that explains what it is. You have to try...and then you never stop!

The energy of this center is really positive, the teachers convey a lot of passion to you and follow you carefully. They always organize special events. I immediately felt at home. Highly recommended

Ankida is a second home! A great guide for the body, emotions and mind. A place of spiritual evolution, sharing and harmonization. I think it's essential to have a place like this where you can reconcile with yourself, especially in a city like Milan
