For a year I have taken up flying yoga which I practice in a group but with a teacher who follows everyone with great attention and competence!

One of the teachers almost made me quadriplegic due to manifest incompetence and then always refused to even have a peaceful confrontation after the incident
It's a shame because the structure would be beautiful otherwise
