The best, well organised , very nice people and well located, class intense and relaxing same time ! I want to get better on my yoga and I feel that here one can evolve, Professor Dino is excellent and I am very happy to finally know a place where I can evolve! including students who are friendly and also help.. I definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I took a class at Bikram Yoga Navigli a few hours after arriving in Milan from the US. The owner, Dino, taught a wonderful class and was extremely helpful and friendly. The studio is clean and beautiful. Thank you for starting our time in Italy on such a positive way!

This is a fantastic yoga studio to join, the hot yoga they teach here is both relaxing yet an intense workout. I left every class feeling stronger, happier, and more connected to my health and my body. This is a disciplined Bikram practice taught by caring teachers who will help you and push you. I joined this studio for the five months I was in Italy, and I would reccomend this studio to anyone in Milan looking to further their yoga practice.

This place is one of Milan’s hidden gem. Authentic, hard core and down to the original Hatha yoga with passionate teachers and even more compassionate studio owner. The studio offers consistency with the heat, staff, and teaching that one can dive deep in their practice with trust, love and whatever magic yoga offers. Love love loveeee this studio.

There is a strong smell of feet and sweat that hits you right at the entrance. The professor of Bikram yoga shouts, claps hard and screams the instructions as if it was a military training or crossfit which is taking the essence out of yoga itself. will never be back there again. When I tried to leave the class after 10 minutes the professor physically blocked the entrance insisting (even after I explained that I was feeling dizzy ) that the rules required me to stay until the end of the class.

I do not know the owner and the teachers working in this yoga studio... but, only 'cause of the horrible story behind Bikram's name, this place should close or at least change it's name. And...by the way, the 26 yoga postures was actually invented by Bishnu Caran Ghosh (one of the best yoga therapist in India back in the '30s), Bikram Choudhury's master. Yoga practice is not only about health or mind, body care...at first is about knowledge.

A place to unify body, mind and spirit. Two extraordinary teachers will lead you on a journey to finish the body while educating the mind in humility and the dissolution of the negative parts of the ego. I had tried some yoga lessons here and there without ever feeling inclined or eager to delve deeper. Then... I met the Masters of this school and I can say that I was love at first sight. In just a few lessons I felt benefits to my back, the muscles regaining their connection with the movements. Try it for yourself... then you'll tell me... ;)

Bikram Yoga is an amazing place located on the corner of a summer block in a smaller residence park, where one can cut off from the world around, just be in the best company❤ In addition, the knowledge and experience of the lecturer Dino are undoubtedly priceless. Thank you for the welcome, the pleasant atmosphere was immediately felt by the smell of the sticks at the entrance.. Studio, clean, spacious.. clean mat, towels, everything is available at the reception for rental. Just 4 minutes from the metro. I parked my car right next to the residence. A place where you can feel at home from the first time. Clean and tidy studio, pleasant smell of incense upon entry. Super nice instructor, very competent and attentive. Regarding the negative comments: I don't find myself in any of these and ... the rules are made to be respected: an early exit from the room involves the interruption of the lesson and a sudden change in temperature. Correct to make people wait until the end of the lesson before leaving it. For me, a novice with this discipline: super promoted
