Best pilates studio of excellence in Milan and Como with two teachers and owners of the highest level Karina and Pablo, as well as being infinitely sweet, have a unique preparation, professionalism that is difficult to find but when you combine work with the love and passion that you put in that's when you win I recommend it to anyone who wants to start the pilates method, trusting them is the only choice to make!!! I discovered this center thanks to a friend of mine and I immediately felt at home. Very convenient location, excellent machinery but what struck me most was the professionalism and spirit of those who manage it. When someone does their job with passion it shows and in Buenos Aires Pilates passion never lacks. They made me fall in love with Pilates and my body changed radically. I recommend it to everybody!

I'm not a gym person, looking at me you can tell right away. I tried over the years to join but I always got bored lifting weights and riding bicycles and so I gave up straight away. I understood that in order not to give up I must be followed personally and Karina and Pablo convinced me to try Pilates with kindness but also a lot of stimulation. I am generally doubtful about these disciplines but I have to change my mind. Well done. Relaxing, clean environment and always a smile, but also seriousness, accompanies the exercises. Highly recommended

I was skeptical! Very skeptical, but I finally tried! Today is the only appointment of the week that I cannot miss. The owners are professional, knowledgeable and also friendly. A bit of humor never hurts. If you want to feel good you absolutely have to go to them! NUMBERS 1 💪💪💪
