I recently started yoga and I couldn’t have chosen a better choice than to enroll in this school. The teachers are professional, excellent, but above all of a kindness and unique humanity.

For me yoga was a pleasant surprising discovery. The teacher, Silvia, competent, serious, professional and engaging, made me curious and passionate about this fantastic discipline. Every new lesson is better than the previous one. And finally looking forward to the next one. The group that has been created is diverse, curious, interested and always motivated towards new goals. We hope to continue to have Casa Yoga with Silvia here in Ulassai ... this would be exciting. Absolutely mythical.

Excellent, precise and very professional teacher, who manages to convey positive emotions that restore the spirit and body, very attentive to the individual as well as the group. Casa Yoga Ulassai, perfect scenery nestled between the heels of Ogliastra projected towards infinity, ideal place to reconnect with the natural and emotional world, with the calm and relaxing guide of Silvia. I strongly recommend it to everyone, but especially for those who desire an hour of physical activity immersed in surreal peace, away from the hectic city rhythms!

Since last fall I’ve been visiting this space with pleasure, participating in practices both in Italian and English. When you enter Casa Yoga it's like immersing yourself in an oasis of peace and serenity, forgetting that you're in a big city. After few classes, decided to attend their basic workshop. Once again the great preparation of Silvia and the other teachers emerged. That’s why I strongly recommend it to those who are at the beginning of their yogic journey or those who want to perfect the already acquired basics. Happy yoga to everyone at Casa Yoga!

At Casa Yoga you breathe a warm and serene atmosphere, which immediately makes you forget the chaos and hectic rhythms of the city. The teachers are WONDERFUL - they follow you step by step during your practice, giving targeted, personalized advice, helping you improve at your level. I think that feeling accompanied in practice is my favorite thing: I've only been doing yoga for a year, but thanks to them I always felt motivated to do more, ready to emphasize my limits without letting them bring me down. Well deserved 5 stars!

I would never come back again, just because I preferred to lose my money rather than go back to see this Silvia incapable of treating people and deprived of any education. I don’t recommend everyone to attend this pseudo yoga school, small premises and poor offer of classes for times and levels.

the place is beautiful and welcoming! Silvia is exceptional, a great teacher. I have attended different types of classes and was satisfied with the thoroughness and attention. There is always something new to learn lessons are never the same. the advice.

I’ve been practicing with Silvia for three years, she’s attentive and passionate and has made me fall in love with yoga. MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS Yesterday I went to the Monday night actors course for the first time and despite being a total yoga novice, of many kinds of yoga!! , I liked it because I was more or less able to attend the class and this excites me and persuades me to continue because I know how hard it is to do yoga but yesterday even though I didn't know many basic things about yoga, I liked it because it was comfortable. I find a wonderful idea to do a course dedicated to actors who, as they feed on art, are not prone to using a lot of pecunia, including me! So this course has an extra fee: €5 plus €1 for carpet at a time. This doesn’t take away his value, vice versa, it has to be APPRECIATED more because if you live a concrete life you need to look at what you expect. SILVIA the teacher of QS course I liked it.

I was looking for a serious and quiet yoga center, where I could learn this practice from scratch and at Casa Yoga I found an oasis of peace and professionalism. I am comfortable because there are other guys in class and the training is really intense! I recommend this to everyone.... the shiatsu massage is great too!!

I really enjoyed this study. The teachers followed me closely and were really polite. I also tried the Shiatsu and felt beneficial for the leg circulation. I also recommend it to those who, like me, are passing through Milan.
