An intense yoga retreat, a profound work of PRANA. Rino, a master capable, with his calm and calmness, of transmitting so much. The Zen village is a simple, essential place. Welcoming and very clean centre, I found the teachers to be very knowledgeable and competent. I also had the opportunity to read the book by master Rino Siniscalchi which I highly recommend, even for those who are approaching yoga for the first time.
