Ananda Ashram, in addition to being a complete training school from every point of view, is also a pleasant place to attend for group meditations or other activities. I attended the two-year course for Integral Yoga and Meditation Teachers and the two-year course in Ayurvedic Massage Operator. The teachers and the precious staff of the school are always available and welcoming.
