It is one of the most beautiful yoga shalas in Milan. A bright and welcoming space, with large windows and a view of some characteristic views of the city. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Many practices are offered per day to accommodate different levels, yoga styles and time requirements. The classes are never crowded and this allows the teachers to follow the practitioners well. It is a place where you can breathe the tranquility and energy of yoga, but also a place to experiment with new challenging practices. In short, a place to visit and take care of.

The Garibaldi center made me discover yoga in a simple and progressive way. Thanks to experienced teachers who never make you feel out of place and take care of your well-being, they make practice a moment dedicated to yourself. The staff is always available and very welcoming, the environment is clean and pleasant and the program is rich with practices of all levels.
