I've just started and I'm very happy. Finally a flexible booking system that allows you to plan both short and long term, to cancel a lesson if you are ill without losing capital. Honest prices. Helpful and trained staff. I didn't know about the mega reformer but it seems to me that it is a very effective workout, different from the traditional reformer

Dynamic Pilates that trains the whole body, lessons calibrated on different levels so that everyone can choose how "strong" the exercise should be based on their level. Bookings via Mindbody with a system that is simple, intuitive and decidedly less rigid than many other pilates studios). Each teacher has their own style and they are all very good. There are many lessons, but they often fill up quickly, luckily they can be booked well in advance.

unfortunately very bad experience! After booking online with some difficulty (the website is partly incomprehensible) and paying €26, I go to the appointment. I notice that it is a collective free body course (the machines are used as carpets). The attendant immediately explains to me, a little embarrassed, that I would only be on the "Waiting list" and could only participate if one of those booked does not arrive. . In fact, after 5 minutes he bids me farewell with "I'm sorry, everyone has arrived"!

You call, you send emails, you go there to get information and no one answers. The last time the trainer told me to be found at the exit of the lesson at 12.30 and they disappeared, everything closed. More than an inability to manage the customer, it is already an inability to serve the prospect
