I started practicing yoga at Drishti Ashtanga Yoga Studio this year. The practice space is sober, well-kept and aesthetically beautiful. It is immediately understood that the practice of yoga is not just exercises but taking care of yourself and therefore of the space, of the tools, of the relationship. The two teachers are technically very prepared not only for yoga exercises but also for what concerns anatomy and physiology. They have two different teaching styles but the contents are shared. An apparently secondary thing but very important to me (since I have a job with no fixed hours and fixed days) is the flexibility they offer in accessing the lessons. Personally, I purchase a package for two lessons a week on a monthly basis, then, based on my work commitments, I choose one day or the other. I try to keep the same days and times with the same teacher, to have continuity, but in case of need I have the possibility to catch up
