Abundant and necessary equipment, alternating with the use of the free body, indeed the capabilities of our body are greatly enhanced and implemented. Truly trained, competent, empathetic, friendly and attentive instructors. Present for everyone, even for any problems of each of us, throughout the lesson. Ready to correct incorrect postures and indicate the correct ones. You feel totally at ease and also welcomed with affection. Which is a particular value for me. Truly recommended.

After years of yoga I started the Pilates path here, with Alessandra and Ilaria; I enjoy it, it makes me feel good and since the course is made up of small groups, each of us is followed carefully. Thanks girls

Alessandra is a fantastic, positive and motivating instructor, as well as extremely professional. In just 10 pilates lessons I had enormous benefits that far exceeded my expectations: I improved my posture and I no longer feel the contractures in my back and shoulders that were causing me trouble, I feel much stronger and more elastic, and also from an aesthetic point of view (water retention, cellulite which unfortunately I suffer from) I noticed notable improvements, which I had not achieved even with expensive treatments at the beautician. Last but not least, I noticed that I rest better and feel much more relaxed. In short, I can only recommend it from all points of view!!
