What can I say, all very nice people, kind and helpful and a calm and relaxing place where you can share your fragilities and curiosities. The meetings are also chaired by excellent testimonies from some monks with experience of monastic life. Finding peace in the city even for an hour and a half is truly comforting! I just finished attending a 2-day intensive retreat and although it was my first experience with this modality, I had a good impression both in terms of the teaching methodology and the organization in general. Even if it is not said, only those who are selected based on the satisfaction and direct management of the host can participate, especially for remote courses. Access is accepted or denied, sometimes you are deleted after you have entered and also selected to have greater control in managing the meetings and the participants, who are a unique group of people. It can't be easy as the host alone leads all the meetings and I understand this defensive behaviour. Since they are mainly speeches, I have always appreciated them. But Vipassana is a meditation technique that doesn't need convincing, but only experimentation... nevertheless I found them interesting. Such a control management related to vipassana meditation means that these meetings are ultimately reserved only for a group of people, therefore nothing universal. I wish everyone a good continuation in the Dhamma..

I have been attending the centre, especially Flavio Pelliconi's lessons, for many years. I do it because there is absolute adherence between what he promises in the presentation and what he does. There is no end to proselytism or enrichment. The teaching, simple and accessible to all, is of a high level of qualification.
