The lessons, organized in small groups, allow you to be followed in every posture. This type of yoga, in addition to focusing on asanas, i.e. postures, teaches you to practice meditation and relaxation, and to optimize breathing with the practice of pranayama.
I recommend this course to anyone, even those who, like me, have never had an excellent relationship with sport.
