Writing after the first three days to say that I’ve fully enjoyed each class. So far I’ve tried Hot yoga, hot evening flow, and hatha something maybe, don’t remember the name... all three were different in variety and intensity! The environment is cozy and welcoming. The room is warm but not actually hot. The instructors seem to be all quite different which is refreshing when you want to keep your practice growing. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and look forward to returning soon! (P.S. Maybe only negative is the confusion on the name/website/initial booking process but this didn’t hold a determined gal back)

Very knowledgeable authentic people! Both Maria and Antonio put so much passion into their lessons! The yoga classes I attended in Milan were really very nice! Now I'm moving on to online lessons! The meditation lessons on Tuesday evenings are also wonderful! I notice the well-being both during the session and during my night's sleep! I sleep very well with sweet inner peace in me. The quality and preparation of the teachers is remarkable. Excellent welcome both for those who are just starting out and those who have already started a journey in Yoga. Clean and tidy environment. Really affordable prices and the possibility of practicing various types of Yoga lessons. The location is also excellent for arriving both on foot and by public transport. I had never practiced yoga before, since I frequented this magnificent place I can no longer do without it. The staff is highly trained and infinitely kind, the spaces are clean, quiet and peaceful, I always feel followed and encouraged to push myself a little beyond my comfort zone, with a sense of trust towards the teachers and towards the my body that I had never tried in the gym. Highly recommended!!

I come to Milan to practice as often as I can. It is a gift that I give to myself every time because practicing in this center is a certainty of profound well-being. The teachers are all very good and qualified, the environment is clean, healthy and welcoming... I couldn't do without it anymore!! highly recommended!

Clean environment, the teachers who work there are very good and available. I tried a lesson with Jessica and I must say that I really liked it. I have never practiced yoga in my life, I think I will continue because in its difficulty there is also a lot of relaxation and it is useful given that today we lead a rather hectic life. The center is 40 minutes from my house, but given Antonio's kindness and the very beautiful and equipped facility, I was considering signing up and in the meantime I purchased a package of pilates lessons. Due to traffic I arrived 10 minutes late for class. When I arrived outside the door, after 50 minutes stuck in traffic and having had difficulty parking, it wasn't opened for me. I called to kindly ask to make an exception and Maria, who answered the phone from the center, refused to open the door, telling me with little courtesy that the lessons do not allow delays. Truly a short-sighted and disappointing attitude for what I believed to be a yoga and pilates academy run by helpful and understanding people. How bitter!

A beautiful and welcoming place! You book sessions from the app and you just have to show up with your mat. Then a nice hot shower and you're ready to face the day with new energy and unexpected resources! An oasis in the chaos of the city, excellent for the mind, body and spirit!
