I've been going to this little gym for years. It's exactly what I've always been looking for: a private place, with trained staff, two pilates rooms for individuals or duos. Clean, with all the tools always in good order. Simone, the owner, always available. I have back problems and with them I feel cared for and safe and my pain has been greatly relieved.

The best for my lunch break. Having an expert train you means optimizing your time and money! Before, I paid for a membership and went to the gym to do the usual exercises. Now one hour of training is worth three of the previous workouts!
