mondō yoga

I started practicing Yoga in June in this center. The opinion is extremely positive: clean and well-kept place, very knowledgeable and kind teachers, adequate prices. Recommended for those who want to release the tensions of everyday life in a pleasant way.

I recently started attending Mondo Yoga and I am very happy with it. Many courses to choose from, practices and favorite lessons (yoga and pilates), trained teachers, a lot of kindness, cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere that helps to detach your mind and body from the tumor and the thoughts of the day for a while. It's nice to be back moving in this environment. I advise!

Very well looked after centre, you can feel all the passion of the owners. The teachers are very good and make you feel at ease. Plus every now and then they organize nature retreats! Absolutely recommended

I had a really great time in this yoga center for the workshop organized with Sara Bigatti. Almost close to the center of Milan, brand new structure and very large room. Very kind staff
