I was lucky enough to choose this center and I had a great time there right from the start, with group lessons of a maximum of three people. The environment is very beautiful, in a well-kept and quiet period building, near the Central station and Corso Buenos Aires.
The instructors are trained, friendly and attentive. After the summer break I will definitely return.

I've been going to it for several years, it was recommended to me by a head of orthopedics who had tried it, so how could I not trust it? And I had a great time, from all points of view. I've never had back pain again, and that's just one of the things. Their seriousness was also demonstrated by the reopening after the lock down: spaces reorganized, carpets and cushions eliminated, in short all the safety rules followed with great attention, and it is not so obvious.
