Nalu Yoga

I went for a trial class with my colleague and loved the studio, so I got a package of 20 classes. So far I’ve tried a few vinyasa flow, gentle vinyasa and Pilates mat work and I liked all of them. Ps: I wish they had more English lessons in the evening.

An excellent studio and wonderful instructors! Paula was very welcoming even though I was running late and they provide yoga mats if you need one. Chiara's yin class was a perfect mix between active and relaxing, and her instructions were easy to follow even if you don't speak Italian! It was the perfect way to unwind from the a long flight. Couldn't recommend more.

very bad service, terrible teacher and staff. responding to studio’s comment: the class was canceled in less than an hour. the class showed as available when i left my place but showed as canceled and the studio was closed when i arrived. any studio yoga or other workout usually cancels at least 24 hours prior, so my review is fair.

Such a great place to practice yoga. I felt very welcomed even though it was my first time there. The space is very peaceful and the classes are great. They even have classes in English a couple times per week.

I only had a trial lesson at this studio. The studio is very nice, clean, the atmosphere is relaxing. One lesson was enough to convince me to purchase a more substantial package. I'm happy to have discovered you

The center is really very welcoming, relaxing and quiet. The space is dedicated solely to Yoga practice and the offering of classes covers different levels and styles. It is possible to follow Vinyasa, Hatha and Kundalini classes. Free trial lesson.

A pleasant discovery!! The studio, which is located a few steps from the Sant'Ambrogio subway in a super quiet courtyard, is characterized by its refined and non-trivial design. The practice is made even more pleasant, by the scent of incense that wafts in the air and the preparation of the teacher combined with the friendliness of the owner of the center are certainly the perfect business card for those who are still looking for a yoga center in Milan!

A really great experience, I think it's one of the best yoga centers in all of Milan and one of the best I've ever been to practice. Aesthetically it is very beautiful and well cared for in detail, various practices available throughout the day and absolutely well conducted with great skill and attention. They also organize retreats, the "Nalu Escapes" I attended the one on the ocean in Portugal, fantastic a real daydream! In short, a highly recommended centre!

Super welcoming center and also suitable for those who have never tried yoga. The teachers are nice and very qualified, I recommend anyone to sign up and buy the package of 20 lessons valid for 6 months.

I would like to thank Elena and Olga for the possibility of practicing online during this quarantine period. The moment of connection feels like experiencing the daily normality that we have unfortunately lost in this time. Thanks to Celeste for the courage of the first lesson, it was fantastic practice that made me feel in communion with the group. Thanks to Annalisa for such an intense and precise lesson in detail. Thank you very much to all the teachers, some I only discovered with online lessons and therefore I will continue to follow them.

This morning I took the trial lesson and it was a wonderful experience. Clean, tidy, warm and welcoming environment. The details are taken care of down to the smallest detail. The Hatha yoga teacher was attentive to our personal needs. Advised

Bright, very clean space and decor inspired by palm trees and the beach (which I love). The Vinyasa Krama class on Saturday morning with Francesca Amato was beautiful.
