I’ve never been so fit! I love how each single session is different and every time you learn a set of new exercises, it never gets boring. You really challenge your body in innovative ways with a variety of moves whether functional, balance/coordination or strengthening. 100% recommended. Also the place is super clean and organized :)

I grew up in this place, technically and humanly, dealing with an extraordinary, well-prepared team, always looking for new working methods. I dug the foundations of this place, then it itself always stimulated new ideas. Students, customers and patients are also a source of growth, because they are sensitive to the particularity of the place. Here I met guests from different cultures and disciplines, from movement culture, to acrobatic dance, to capoeira, but the heart of the work remains the method, which is a training and at the same time a therapy.

Addicted since 2018! Natked is the only gym that I haven't abandoned after a few weeks. My two trainers, Micol and Lucia, taught me a new and fun way to take care of my body. Highly recommended!

I started working in this place outside the box of the conventional gym to replace a dear colleague, then I attended the natked academy as a student and it was in all respects like entering an amplified dimension about the world of the body/mind human. Thus began a unique adventure that is still ongoing…

I am very disappointed. I booked a trial lesson for which they demanded advance payment. Something about the method seemed strange to me. And now I understand why. Let me start by saying that I am 76 years old. For a trial lesson they make you fill out a form and sign. When the gym opened I made sure to warn you that I wouldn't be able to take the lesson as I had hip pain problems. And they keep the payment of the €25 in advance. I find the game obvious, I'll start by saying that when you give your data and they make you sign I would like to know how many people read what they sign. They claimed that they told me verbally that I would lose the money when in fact none of the words are absolutely true and they reply that you also signed. Nice and good deal They certainly lost a customer and I will be careful to speak badly of them to everyone. This is not how you treat the customer who is the one who allows you to live Terrible treatment

Very nice and exclusive environment. With a mature, unique approach to fitness; the highly experienced, trained and cultured staff offers something different and unique without presumption. I am a former athlete and after 5 years of stopping I had gained almost 20kg!! I started training again a year ago and in a year I lost the first 10kg, but since January of this year I was more or less stable, in a month since Natked I lost 5kg, I feel great, I sleep and live better, without big sacrifices, without supplements, without extreme fasting. This says it all
