I met Dr. Aliperti through my gynecologist's medical office and from the 20th week I started attending the pregnancy yoga course. A course that I strongly sponsor to allow yourself an intimate moment of relaxation and work on awareness of your body and the baby in your belly, together with other future mothers who share the same path.
Furthermore, Raffaella was a guide in preparing for the birth (even with the father) and a precious support for the correct start of breastfeeding.

The course is an opportunity to do some exercise even when size starts to matter and it is truly a moment of relaxation and discussion with other future mothers. Raffaella is a professional and is always available to answer doubts and questions.
Every time I left work tired I always finished the lesson happy that I went and that I didn't get lazy! During the course Raffaella also organized ad hoc meetings with the fathers to find a moment to involve them too!
