Absolutely recommended for all the courses run by splendid professionals together with the director Barbara whose pilates courses I have been attending for years with great benefit. A human-scale and welcoming place that is good for the body and the spirit.

I am a student of the contemporary dance course for adults held by Barbara Friedrich and her collaborator Federica Antonelli of Officine Morghen. I have known the manager of the gym for several years, long before the opening of the beautiful space in Bovisa; I followed her in her dance courses, having always deeply appreciated her professionalism, extensive knowledge, empathy, availability, creativity, as well as the passion and care she has always shown in teaching dance. Over the years I have also taken part, with the "adults" dance group, in the end-of-year shows, organized by Barbara and her collaborators. On these occasions we adults danced with the little students, sharing moments of great joy and fun: the personal expressive methods, left free to emerge without the imposition of models, were able to emerge through the skilful work carried out by Barbara aimed at developing collaboration and respect for oneself and others. This is my experience over many years with Officine Morghen.

This year I have been attending the Holistic gym course with Federica and Hata yoga with Ginevra. For me Officine Morghen represented a happy discovery: I didn't know about this one gym, despite living in the area, and I had a great time. My teachers are very knowledgeable, competent, engaging, and extremely helpful and kind. With Federica's course I also learned something new (despite having always attended other gyms) and I managed to get back into shape quickly after a period of downtime due to the pandemic, with a lot of enthusiasm. The course ranges from pilates to gyrokinesis to meridian stretching. Federica knows how to joyfully convey all her great experience. With Ginevra I finally found the yoga course I had always dreamed of. The highly trained teacher managed, to my utmost satisfaction, to introduce me to the beauty of the various yoga positions. Every lesson I felt I was getting better and better. I can't wait to resume both courses in September.

I would like to leave my testimony to this beautiful place called Officine Morghen. I have been a student of the contemporary dance course held by Barbara Friedrich for many years and I must say that for me she was the best teacher I have ever met. Serious, very professional and prepared, empathetic and always sincere, true. We are a small adult contemporary dance group and we have always prepared an end-of-year performance together with the big and little girls from the dance game courses and it has always been a beautiful and fun experience for everyone, big and small. During rehearsals and shows, Barbara has always shown herself to be very good with the little ones, with infinite patience capable of involving, empowering and entertaining girls of all ages (especially the little ones), making them participate in a moment of collective bodily expression, respecting the peculiarity and beauty of each one, without imposing extraneous models or forcing typical of certain dance courses.. The girls who danced with us adults have always expressed the joy of dancing and attending Barbara's courses and above all they have known their own way of expressing themselves and relating to the other classmates while respecting each other.

Officine Morghen is a small magical place where you can take care of your body (and not only!) guided by serious, trained, empathetic and highly experienced professionals. I enthusiastically followed Federica's holistic gym lessons and my four-year-old daughter happily attended the dance game course, always with her. Both happy with the experience and eager to continue the path started.

Super welcoming atmosphere in a space that takes you away from the chaos of the city. Lots of courses: pilates, yoga, gyrokinesis, dance, body flying. The proposed initiatives are also very interesting, such as the harmonization with Tibetan bells. Highly recommended!
