The training space is large and well maintained. The changing rooms are comfortable and very clean. The trainers are all very competent, kind and patient in explaining the exercises: if you are consistent in your appointments, it is possible to set up an improvement path whose benefits are evident after a few sessions. It's a workout aimed at your goals that's much more effective than many sessions in the gym with self-invented programs! Very affordable price compared to the Milan average for the most numerous lesson packages

I have been attending this studio since February 23 and I can be satisfied. Qualified, attentive and always available staff. You are followed in all phases of the training, which is highly personalized and flexible. In my opinion, the strong points are, in addition to the professionalism of the team, its being on a "human scale" with the ability to always create a family environment but with an excellent standard of skills. Perhaps some weight cuts or new small tools need to be added, otherwise highly recommended!
