I had the pleasure of collaborating in this study with Rossana last year, not as a student but as part of the renovation of the website. During the days spent together, in addition to her, I was also able to meet the staff who use the firm and I was amazed by the good level of preparation, competence and availability. I've been taking pilates classes for years. I have always had a great time, welcoming and very clean environment. All teachers very well prepared, friendly and effective in their task. They are special people, especially Rossana. Over the years, the study has been enriched with other disciplines in addition to pilates and the advice of professionals with a lot of experience. The courses are limited in number, so you are followed very well. Physically, when you follow the courses, you can feel the difference.

I have been following pilates courses at the ASD pilates evolution center for several years and I can only recommend the center and the professionals who work there. I think that in a discipline like pilates the skill and competence of the teachers is of fundamental importance and here you can find the best! The cleanliness of the center and the organization of the courses were impeccable. Rossana is one of the best professionals (and people) I have ever met and thanks to her I learned to know my body, its potential and to love pilates. The center has expanded over the years by adding new courses, new professionals and new services but that pleasant sense of familiarity still remains. I am very happy to attend this gym and do rehabilitation with Rossana. She is a very nice and intelligent woman, very pleasant, with remarkable preparation and excellent knowledge of the human body. I found professionalism and a lot of energy. Rossana is very well prepared, and proposes the various exercises, explaining well which anatomical part you want to train and what result you want to obtain, and always demonstrating firsthand the correct breathing and movements. All this in a friendly environment (so many laughs!), always polished and very relaxed.

I have been going to the Pilates studio since it opened, before I followed Rossana's lessons in another gym. The well-being I feel is given by their competence and their attention to the state of health of each of us by proposing exercises diversifying them according to the well-being of each one. An hour of seemingly simple and easy exercises really seems to work wonders on my body. The muscle contractures I had and the back pain have vanished. The instructor is capable and professional, the courses are always with a limited number of people and therefore there is a lot of attendance....

A high professional level studio, a trained, competent and approachable staff. The studio looks extremely tidy and clean, you can see the owner's love.
