I have been very lucky and Cristina Bazzanella is certainly one of my dearest and most loved Gurus. Thanks to her I discovered yoga and every day I thank you for the gift of having her next to me as a friend and teacher. Rama Yoga, the center that has just opened together with Anna Ovchinnikova, is a magical and special place like its founders. The Kundalini and Vinyasa lessons were wonderful, the relaxation at the end of the practice with the gong bath was wonderful!!! Thank you Rama Yoga!!!!

I discovered Ramayoga in a difficult moment in my life: after the lockdown and a month of Covid, overwhelmed and afraid of everything that was hidden outside the walls of the house, I discovered a place where I could feel at home. Ramayoga is more than just a place to go to do yoga: it is a family, where you come into contact with the energies of other* yog* and come out stronger*. It is my favorite place in Milan, the place where I go every time I feel the. need a hug. I recommend everyone to do yoga in this beautiful center, with attention to detail, 100% clean and disinfected. And as for the teachers... they are truly the best part of the whole experience! Thanks to them I feel welcomed like a member of the family. For this I will never stop being grateful to them.
