I have been frequenting Reverbia for several years and have always had a good time. A well-kept environment, with attention to every detail. Prepared and friendly personal trainers. With their help I always manage to improve. In the exercises they make you carry out, they always keep your needs in mind and if you have particular physical problems they know how to adapt your path. They are attentive and proactive in identifying how and where you can progress. I also sent my husband there, who is certainly not an easy guy, and he too has become a passionate visitor to Reverbia.

An environment where you always feel at ease, with competent people who always encourage you to do a little better. When you make a mistake or you're not really in good shape, with the right touch of irony they make you understand where you went wrong, without making you feel guilty and indeed helping you find the right motivation and always leave the lesson with a positive spirit. I also appreciate the precision and punctuality they showed with me.

Reverbia is an exceptional place; the best for targeted training and capable of guaranteeing extraordinary results. The staff are the real pride of the centre. I trained with Tommaso and Mercedes with a package of 10 lessons (which I renew and recommend to everyone as a minimum) who were able to literally solve my back problems and give me back the figure I was looking for. Well done!!!

Mercedes is a PT who is very well prepared for both pilates and training thanks also to her training as a physiotherapist. Super professional and helpful. The center is exclusive (maximum 2/3 people to work out), bright environments and excellent tools (pilates reformers and training machines), a convenient app for organizing appointments.

Reverbia is a beautiful gym, bright, clean and well equipped. I appreciated the staff, very knowledgeable and kind but my favorite PT is Mercedes, super professional and friendly. The best choice I could have made! If you also hate going to the gym and then only finding yourself glaring at machines and weights, I advise you to forget it and choose Reverbia! Here it's a whole different story. You are followed individually and are constantly motivated by highly qualified personal trainers (in my case Simone) who are able to put you at ease even while you sweat everything you can. The environment is welcoming, clean, quiet and relaxing so that you can actually concentrate on what you are doing. Honestly, one of the best investments I've ever made in myself, mentally and physically.

I felt really good. Qualified staff, private and welcoming environment. Already a frequenter of the AR studio in via Amedei (Missori area), the new opening in via San Martino allows me to be even closer to home. There is no registration fee and you only pay for each hour of personal training you use. Ultimately it is a structure that allows you to make the most of your time and have a professional at your complete disposal who takes care of your body and well-being with a personalized program.

A second location where you can always find professionalism accompanied by smiles! The attention to detail in each room, the brightness and cleanliness were some of the factors that intrigued me to make an appointment for the first time a year ago in via Amedei. Well this new space couldn't be any less... Alessio and all the guys on the team manage to change you in a short time, motivate you, improve you at every appointment. Absolutely must try!

What can I say, I've been training with these guys for almost a year now at the headquarters in via Amedei and I couldn't be more satisfied with everyone's professionalism and extreme competence. Good, motivating and very nice, they prepare training sessions designed for the individual and follow you step by step on a path of constant improvement. The new center in Via San Martino, then, is truly splendid: in the heart of Milan, modern but at the same time very elegant, it feels like being in a New York gym! Well done guys, keep it up!

Finally, after years of wasting money on timed subscriptions, I found the perfect solution for me: workouts by appointment with a personal trainer who follows you for a full hour exclusively. In this way I don't risk potentially harmful incorrect movements, I don't get bored because the training is gradually modulated based on needs. Pleasant environment, top trainer!
