It was a pleasure to join one of their morning led Ashtanga classes. Very professional and at the same time beginner friendly, and the teacher speak anglish very well so no problem even if the class is meant to be in Italian they will make sure you've got the instructions right ;) The frequent class schedule and ability to easily book through their website is really helpful. Thank you for being so open and inviting for travelling students from all around the globe! I hope to see you again during my next trip to Milan ;) (And for anyone confused on how to get there: ring the bell at the front gate, then go through to the backyard and then turn left! Do not go up the stairs like I did 😅)

I was lucky enough to practice here during my one month long stay in Milan. I will cherish my time spent here and the teachers that have been so kind and taught me more than I can put in words.

I practiced here while visiting Milan for a few days from Minnesota. After a stressful day the day before, practicing with Iacopo and Pinnuccia was the perfect way to settle into my Italy travels. I don't think they know how much of an impact they had on me - even if it was only for a couple of hours. I appreciate their grace and kindness. I wish I could stay longer to practice there again.

Incredibly lucky to find this place right next to my hotel in Porta Romana. I’ve recently started to practice Ashtanga more seriously again, and Giacobbe helped me to feel completely comfortable from the start and helped me a great deal with certain postures that are difficult for me. This morning for the first time at the Ashtanga Yoga School in Milan. I felt welcomed, guided by competent teachers and encouraged to consistently continue the practice and correct some positions. The center is very nice and clean. I plan to return soon!

I had the chance to come and practice in this Shala a few months ago. I was very well supported by Nadia, and I was also able to meet Pinuccia. The teaching there is traditional and of high quality. I recommend and thank you for your support. I will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Milan.
