Lella is an excellent teacher. With his help I was able to see how Yoga Ashtanga Vinyasa is also a powerful rehabilitation tool. With extreme care Lella modified the sequence to make it practicable and therapeutic for me too, albeit after a serious accident. Yoga, with a good teacher, is truly for everyone!

Excellent school for those who want to work seriously, ashtanga is a particular practice and in this school it is practiced with great seriousness. I am learning a lot with "Lella", attentive and very precise, courses with few people who allow me to be followed carefully and improve with each lesson. I highly recommend.

By practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with her, I quickly solved various problems such as recurrent bronchitis, gastro-esophageal reflux and back pain. Excellent school, both for organization and for the service offered (the lessons, deliberately organized to have a limited number of students at the same time, allow the practitioner to be followed and corrected in each asana with the utmost care and precision). Lella is always sweet, available and ready, thanks to her experience and preparation, to help everyone progress, without however leading to any forcing that could cause injuries. I have been attending for about a year and a half and every time I practice it is always a new emotion, Lella is more than a teacher, she always stimulates you and thanks to her I am managing to overcome my internal blocks and dissolve into the asanas that I thought were impossible. With her always attentive and precise gaze, even if you think she isn't watching you she's there... The room is always tidy and clean, the school has become my refuge where I breathe and practice and everything falls into place, ashtanga is a practice that heals 🙏

Terrible experience: the teacher is harsh, always nervous and moody. It also forces you to do a type of yoga that is very heavy and harmful to the spine. Afterwards I had severe back pain, even though I had told Mrs. Lella (that's her name) that "Ashtanga yoga" was deadly for me! He is a person who does not allow criticism or second thoughts. But shouldn't those who dedicate themselves to this discipline be sweet and sensitive? I attended for a year and I had a terrible time!! 100% not recommended
