Arcangelo's Ayurvedic massage is a real panacea for the body but also for the spirit! You leave truly relaxed and regenerated, which is what is needed to combat the stress of hectic everyday life but also the apathy that this new situation that we are called to deal with generates. For me personally, massage is also a form of meditation, so the beneficial effects are truly long-term. I really feel like recommending this center to everyone.

Spazio SoloSalute is a universe of well-being in the center of Milan. I met real wellness professionals, experts and very attentive to customers' needs. I took advantage of the precious naturopathy advice, the excellent osteopathy treatments, excellent shiatsu sessions, the curative hydrocolon therapy, the fun and surprising raw food cooking courses. The environment is relaxed and clean, the staff is impeccable and the quality of the treatments is very high. Only the spaces perhaps need a makeover. I recommend anyone to rely on Spazio SoloSalute.
