I’ve known Stefania for a few months, with her I began the practice of Kundalini Yoga and even though I’m still at the beginning of this new journey each of her lessons is a significant enrichment for me. Following the meditative practices guided by her, I am slowly getting more and more in contact with myself, a new and deep research. I have always had the desire and the “ need “ to know more about the discipline of Yoga, its origins, its spirituality, its significance and for me to participate in the recent webinar/workshop “ Yoga, what are we talking about? Conducted by Stefania on 25.04 and 02.05.2020 was a very interesting opportunity. In fact, I was able to approach a very broad topic with thousands and more facets. A more than positive experience, its preparation is really of the highest quality and of a wide range. But not only that, her lessons, every word, every thought expressed by her go beyond her great professionalism and preparation, everything is a sign of her passion, her belief, her enthusiasm, her strong bond with India and her most authentic culture; which is very rare. I think it's very important to have the opportunity to get closer, to know, to learn, to study Yoga in its true identity going beyond stereotypes, fashions, which we are increasingly bombarded with. This workshop was very important for me, full of cues as a starting point, an occasion that allowed me to come closer to the true meaning of an ancient discipline more than a millennium, in respect of its most intimate and true meaning. Thank you kudrat 🙏🏻
