After having done about ten trial lessons in various centers in Milan I landed at Sundari Yoga... once the lesson was over I realized that I was finally in the right place!!. Practicing yoga with Paola and Federica allowed me to find myself and reunite with parts of myself that I had forgotten, both on a physical level but above all on a mental level. Paola and Federica, in a complementary way, manage to convey with great professionalism and attention all the positive benefits that yoga can give you. Thank you my dears. See you in September.

I started three months ago and I would already be living there. Paola, Federica and all the teachers I had the pleasure of practicing with were inclusive, attentive and encouraging. The space is welcoming, always clean and suitable for different lessons. I absolutely recommend it, even to those who are just starting out and have to rely a little "blindly" because they don't have too much experience. Full confidence! Sundari Yoga is a beautiful reality! Beginner, I started this summer at the park... fantastic experience... Paola, sweetly follows us and understands your every need and difficulty. After the lesson I feel regenerated and happy... thanks to Paola who leads the lesson, involving you and relaxing you completely. More than 3 years ago I was looking for a good yoga course, a course that would help my body but above all that would open my mind to relax and get to know myself more deeply... Paola is not just an extraordinary teacher but a person beautiful with a positive energy that immediately puts you at ease, positive, calm, she spreads love for what she teaches in each of her lessons. I arrived at Paola and her school after carefully reading and selecting dozens and dozens of yoga centers in Milao (and there are quite a few). I took an online course during the 2 months of lockdown. I had never done yoga before and found it to be a great introductory class. It helped me to untie myself a lot (even though this will be a very long process) and above all it allowed me to move and stretch a little the muscles that were atrophied and stiffened by the lack of movement and the hours spent in front of the computer. I will always be grateful for that
