A unique and special place for Contemporary Dance in Milan, as there really are few! The quality of the training offer, the preparation and professionalism of the teachers, the proposals for seminars with leading personalities on the international scene are also reflected in the beauty and light of the space that Enzo and Maddalena have created starting from a great and faithful love for dance together with solid experience. My experience at Tilt was fundamental from many points of view and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wanted to deepen or undertake the study of contemporary dance. Great professionalism and care in all aspects of Tilt!! The space is one of the most beautiful in Milan for dance: bright, large and floored with warm, soft wood! Likewise, the courses, both for amateurs and for professional dancers (it is rare to find a place in Milan that offers both so harmoniously) are conducted with great care and great professionalism! It is perhaps the only center in Milan where you can study American school contemporary dance (release technique) thanks to the specific expertise of Enzo Procopio and Maddalena Borasio and thanks to the precious contribution of great international masters who are invited to Tilt every year. A place that trained me professionally and conveyed a lot of love for my work! A small/large oasis for international dance and yoga!

I studied contemporary dance, yoga and tilt African expression dance for about 5 years and if I stopped it's only because I moved to another city. Indeed, Tilt is a place to return to, for many reasons. First of all because it's beautiful, large and necessary in a city like Milan where beauty can be glimpsed in moments, the horizon is often narrow and the only need seems to be haste; and then because Maddalena and Enzo's lessons have a methodical and at the same time liberating breath. Each time you explore a different part of your body, you contact it first with your breath then with the intention of moving it and finally with dance and at the end of the year... the whole body knows how to dance. And the next year he'll do it better and the next… well, I don't want to spoil the surprise! So it happens that dancing becomes a really important thing to do and the time that seemed stolen from work or family becomes useful time for everyone's well-being, because then one is happier and does everything much better. And something else also happens: that you always want to dance. At Tilt you can. With choreographers and dancers who come here from all over the world to share their art and their ways... of being happy.

A magical place that surprises me every time by activating an internal calm and healthy energy. Thanks to the professionalism and passion of Maddalena and Enzo, dancing and studying with them helps me regain concentration and keep my mind as well as my body trained and ready to face new challenges. Beautiful contemporary dance school, the number one in Milan, now also a yoga centre, attended for about ten years, I would like to attend it again if I can carve out some time, the teachers Enzo Procopio and Maddalena Borasio are special to me and even if I don't attend plus the school for almost 5 years remains a top school for me to study contemporary dance, I recommend it to younger dancers if they want to improve after this period we are facing to defeat covid.
