I have only been in contact with the Yoga discipline for a few months and a world has opened up to me! Given that I am almost 70 years old and that I had not practiced any sport or physical activity for 10 years, getting back into the game was the best idea that could have come to me. However, I must point out that this was only achievable because I found the Viveka Center on my path: an elegant, clean, very well organised, relaxing and professionally excellent environment: Elisa, who is our teacher, makes you feel at ease, even for a a student like me who is just starting out, she supports you, holds you up etc. etc. In short, I couldn't do without my weekly lessons anymore, especially since my body already responds very well to the exercises it has been subjected to!!! So come and try it too and you will appreciate this oasis of serenity and well-being!!!
