I have been attending a Pilates course for a few months and I must confess that this has fully met my expectations. In fact, after taking the trial lesson, I signed up without hesitation. The environment stands out for the organization and competence of the staff as you are constantly followed for the entire duration of the lesson. Separate praise must also be given to the thorough cleaning of all the rooms, from the tool room to the changing rooms, from the toilets to the showers. Finally, special thanks go to Ambra, Camilla and Cinzia.

I arrived at World Pilates 8 years ago as a candidate for yet another back operation. With Susy I was reborn, in the true sense of the word. His professionalism, his attention and dedication, qualities that are also found in other teachers, meant that I was able to find real well-being and a muscular structure I had never had, all in a welcoming and familiar environment.
