I have attended this studio for 2 month and found experience very disappointing. Firstly personal is very unfriendly, secondly quality of classes is very very low. Very bad value for money.

My ❤️ yoga center. Monic and her team manage to make you feel at home and feel good. Trained, kind teachers, always with a delicate and smiling approach to help you improve in practice at your own pace and possibilities. I also followed the Mindfulness course with Giuseppe Coppolino and again a very positive experience. Many types of activities to choose from and convenient hours for those who work full time.

Yogamilan has been my Yoga center for years, each course is taught by professional, empathetic teachers, available to welcome and support every level of preparation. The environment is calm, serene and very clean. An oasis of well-being from which it is impossible not to emerge reborn.

Almost a family now. Welcoming studio, highly trained and attentive teachers, top availability. And despite the difficulties, always committed to offering the best: pandemic? Lessons also online as well as in the studio! Legendary!
