Attended MAT 1 course in Naples with Master Instructors Monica and Sergio. They were two very intense days, but with their preparation and the way they presented the different topics they made the day interesting from start to finish. The studio is big, welcoming and really well equipped, not to mention the fact that it is located in the center of Naples!!! I’m really satisfied, I’ll do this course a thousand more times and I can’t wait to continue my journey. Thank you to my MAT teachers and colleagues for this wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful pregnancy thanks to the practice of Pilates, thanks to the professionalism of the instructors of Studio Pilates: Virginia, Marolina and Monica. I come from dancing and I couldn't imagine anything I could like and get the same results, but I was wrong... Don't start!! Pilates has helped me so much during my pregnancy with keeping fit and managing back pain... after giving birth I couldn't wait to feel those "live and active body" feelings you get by practicing this discipline. The instructors are attentive to each person during the lesson, they follow me almost as if I was doing a one-on-one lesson, I feel great and informative, thanks to all the staff! The new studio is pretty cool 🙂

Been going to this Pilates studio for about two years now. I have found highly qualified teachers who care about their students. Thorough and fiscal attention that results from a good knowledge of the anatomy of the human body by all teachers. The activity takes place in large and bright environments as well as welcoming and very clean. To ensure a good lesson and proper attention to each of us, the courses are formed by small groups of students and this is very important in order to achieve the desired results. Nothing said in some reviews is true! Just a disgusting and vile way to attack those who work professionally and seriously.

The attention that the instructors of this center pay to their students is unique. The classes are small not because of lack of space (like some bad tongues said... which besides it is very bright and very clean ) but why did they choose to follow the students during an entire lesson which is not possible if the classrooms are overcrowded. For four years I have been attending studio courses and my body and posture have completely changed, the lessons vary from month to month in such a way that I always keep my body active and my attention without getting bored. The times of the classes are chosen at the time of signing up and it is possible to recover them in case of impossible, but everything is very easy and above all it is the only way to leave the gathered atmosphere and the homogeneity of the classes intact, if it were not the case the classes would be attended by grannies and girls in full strength so it would be a useless workout for both! It’s not an expensive center given all these aspects and above all, the result is so amazing that it’s totally worth it!

Pilates Studio was recommended to me by my physiotherapist, to help with posture issues and consequent muscle stiffness. I started with personal, with Virginia, and continued with group lessons, with machines (reformer and exo), always with Virginia. For me it was, and still is, how to continue personal lessons: given the small number of people per group, the attention is very high. Virginia keeps following me beautifully. The move to the new headquarters has made the atmosphere of the studio even more pleasant, where, apart from the extremely professionalism of the instructors, who constantly invest in updating their training, have added value to the friendliness and availability of everyone.

for me environments are too confined so much that even if there are few it creates an almost claustrophobic effect. In the end we are talking about an apartment of about 200mq, I live in Via Giordani and the size is practically the same 190mq. A more spacious environment should be created and in my opinion more airy. Also I think the prices are overpriced especially the entrance card I wanted to make.
