Since 2019 I have been attending Pilates suite, a studio equipped with large machines where I was able to start this wonderful discipline. The courses are made up of a maximum of 3 people so the training is personalized and the instructors are professional, kind and qualified even for those suffering from osteoarticular pathologies. I highly recommend it.

I have been a #pilatesuite client for 18 months and do not recommend this studio. Despite the pleasantness of the premises, the studio is affected by shameful management which leads to a continuous turnover of instructors, who are not always qualified. Furthermore, what appear to be managerial/administrative inabilities imply opaque and fraudulent attitudes.

I have been following Paola for more than six years now and with extreme professionalism, class and skill she has been able to recreate the perfect environment for the practice of this wonderful discipline! Constantly updated in line with the evolution of the Californian Basi method, the studio offers a never repetitive workout with exceptional results for physical fitness and postural well-being. I recommend the studio to anyone who wants to approach Pilates or wants to perfect the technique.
