As an English-speaking tourist living in Rome for two months, it was delightful to find a Pilates studio that could and would accommodate me in their group classes. The owner Emanuele made sign ups easy and worked out a schedule that fit mine very nicely. The instructors were all quite capable, helpful and welcoming. The classes are small, (no more than four), so instructors provide excellent personalized attention. Made my time in Rome that much nicer!!

Training with Emanuele is the highlight of any day in Rome. A master teacher with a great sense of humor, he somehow manages to get a depth of engagement from my muscles that is extraordinary. Highly recommend, a true delight. Our group this trip was young and old, male and female, and we all loved our 3 sessions.

Aletheia was wonderful. The studio is clean and bright. Our Pilates instructor, Emanuele, spoke in both Italian and fluent English. He is funny and makes it a fun experience. My husband loved it, too.

I have been going to the studio for more than 8 years and I really enjoy it. Emanuele and all the other teachers are attentive and professional. Last year, following an injury, I stopped and then I was followed very well in my muscle recovery. There is a nice variety of classes and the people who attend are always nice too!
