I thank Motor Art because over two years of regular Gyrotonic lessons had brilliantly solved the problems of my spine like no other treatment could do before. Then the lockdown stopped everything and frankly it had made me worried that I wouldn’t be able to resume classes. Today the news of the reopening fills me with joy and I can’t wait to start again and find the cozy and serene atmosphere I’ve missed so much. I have known Alessandra Rusciano for several years and she has become my constant reference point for physical activity. I'm not a fan of tout court gymnastics, but I'm passionate about knowing the movement of my body and it's possibilities, the way the Motor Art group suggests.
