Awareness centre, yoga courses of all types and Vipassana meditation are held, the master Fabrizio is an easy-going and very nice person, very good and competent, he directs you in the practice and follows you constantly.

This might seem like a biased review, since I teach at this centre, but it's not. The place is pleasant and welcoming, with a great energy. The idea of ​​Fabrizio, the founder, is certainly a winner: to open a space in the heart of the Pigneto district, where you can recharge your batteries, practice and rediscover yourself. The wide range of timetables and different practices throughout the week are certainly the distinguishing feature of this centre.

The center is exactly what the neighborhood needed. A welcoming place, where the practice of yoga or pilates can be done at different times of the day. My favorite lesson is on Saturdays with Federica. Highly recommended!

Excellent place where you can learn and deepen Vipassana meditation and Yoga with friendly, serious and prepared teachers, especially because they experience the practice in their daily lives and do not just make it a philosophical exercise, with a good wealth of practice experience behind them and a beautiful community of practitioners that has also formed online in recent years.

The center is beautiful and the teacher Federica, myoga method, knowledgeable and friendly, is good. His lesson lasts 1 hour and a half, which allows you to work with the right amount of time to fully assimilate the teachings and benefits of yoga.

Unfortunately due to distance and covid I only attend online courses and meditations. By attending you immediately realize that the teachers, with decades of experience, teach what they have really learned "in the field". It's really rare to find such authentic people.
