I attended the 2021-22 edition of the Teacher Training Atma Yoga with the goal of going deeper into my yogic practice on a physical level, but above all study and philosophical knowledge. I have lived a very dense year of learning, training and practice, which has deeply marked me on my journey in Yoga. The course is rich in content and exceptionally structured: it allows you to get to know the history, philosophy of yoga and its cultural roots, with precise and rigorous references to Indian tradition. At the same time, practice is always at the centre of all lessons, so every concept is always explored with the direct involvement of students, who can live first-hand the teachings and experience them on a physical, mental and spiritual level, on the mat and in life "outside" it. For me the course has opened many windows into the rich and complex universe of Yoga, and has been a constant stimulus to deepen topics and practices. If you approach study and practice with a sincere desire to learn, it will be a journey of incredible self-discovery as well as professional development, as all the tools the course provides are fundamental to approaching the profession of Yoga Teacher.
Chaitanya and Dhananjaya are two wonderful teachers, two true models to be inspired by, capable of conveying not only knowledge and content, but also their human experience, dedication and love for Yoga.
Could not have hoped for better!
