I am attending teacher training for beginner level teachers. I never imagined my body changing so much with a yoga practice. My teacher Patrizia Gregori with great experience behind her guides me along an unknown road giving me all the necessary tools to travel it without fear, with patience and dedication. The training provides a complete background to pass on your experience to other people. Congratulations to this very serious yoga school, I recommend it to both teachers and non-teachers, to all people who want to discover the secrets of the human body.

The practice and training experience I found at Patrizia Gregori's center completely changed my vision of yoga. Through the expertise of the school teachers, the theoretical knowledge of Dona Holleman, of anatomy and of how emotions can interfere in personal practice, I found in this center a second home where I can meet people with whom I can share the path, and where I can face my internal obstacles to centered practice. Centered yoga is a journey, and Dona Holleman and Patrizia Gregori have given us the gift of their innovations and teachings.

The meeting with Patrizia Gregori and Dona Hollemann profoundly changed my life. This type of practice began to smooth, soften and transform my person by distorting my surroundings. This yoga is a truly transformative experience, suitable for all those who seek the meaning of this short existence, those who, indomitable and never tired spirits, live to fill every moment of their lives with meaning.

I encountered the Centered Yoga method after many years of practice and training according to other schools. I was looking for a method that would allow me to really understand how the body works in movement to learn how to use it in the most correct, intelligent and natural way possible. With Centered Yoga and the teachings of Patrizia Gregori and Dona Holleman I really had access to physical and subtle understandings that raised the level of my practice and my presence. I am very grateful for this teaching and I sincerely recommend it to all those who want to have a deeper experience of their being in the universal movement.

Finally, after several years of Iyengar practice, that extra "something" that was missing from my practice has arrived! With Centered Yoga you feel the asana, you are the asana! And then, meeting Dona Holleman, one of the greatest yogis, receiving her teachings directly, is an experience that can only be understood by living it!

Centered Yoga D. Holleman was a real discovery for me and today I am able to compare it with other methods practiced over the years which left me with a certain dissatisfaction perhaps because the traditional repetitiveness was not combined with real progress. I owe Patrizia Gregori my encounter with D. Holleman's method and personal knowledge, which I consider a great privilege. I will always be grateful to both of them. The fruit of their teaching was first and foremost an internal movement, an acceptance of my limits and those of others. After all, it's not just about acquiring a technique but about "returning to yourself" to find your own CENTRATION.
