A precious space in the chaotic everyday life, thanks to Stefano and Massimo who with their competence and sympathy allow us to illuminate an important part of us with meditation.

I've been going to the center for a couple of years and I feel really good for sharing and pleasure in experimenting. Massimo and Stefano prepared and attentive to the group and the individual evolutionary process.

The best way to integrate philosophical inquiry is to use meditative practice as a tool to pinpoint ideas and concepts that otherwise remain too abstract. I was lucky to meet on my way Massimo and Stephen because I was looking for a place where I could experience the benefits of a secular practice to get as close as possible to the meditations of the philosophical practices of the ancient Greek period and I really think I found it in the Rome Meditation Center that I it also looks like a research site

A secular and rational approach to meditation, perfect for those who want to experience this kind of path in a clear and linear way, without wasting time on the confusion of various new age currents. Stefano and Massimo are really well prepared (and nice, which doesn't hurt). The location is spacious and welcoming. The costs, which are only needed to pay for the place since the facilitators work for free, are really minimal.

A precious space for sharing and inquiry, of young practice from millennials roots. Equality and humble practice of the path of life immersed in the here and now. Philosophy, and inter experiential education. Beautiful people together for a deeply ethical purpose.

It's a cozy center that I'm fond of. Stefano and Massimo are very prepared and at hand. You breathe in the air of "home". I appreciate the proposed secular and democratic approach to meditation.
