Also I was looking for a place that specializes in this discipline not inside gyms but in an intimate, welcoming and inspiring place and so it was! It's no coincidence that 10 years have passed! I have been using the facility for my back problems for so long. Trained and experienced instructors are always ready to correct any errors and get to know your body better. Cozy and perfectly equipped space, tidy, modern and clean. Comfortable and relaxing environment. Highly recommended.

I discovered the Pilates Yoga Center Rome last year. It's a fantastic center at the reception, a wonderful secretary who always welcomes us with great professionalism and kindness, and the teacher is fantastic, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I only discovered pilates last year and I was enthusiastic about it. Why follow this school? Because Pilates relaxes you, tones you, helps your body and mind. It's literally wonderful! But above all in this school there is Lamberto who makes everything so simple, beautiful and fun! A special person and a very good teacher! It's the first time in my life that I've managed to be consistent in my sports practice.... there must be a reason! And the reason is this small gym with qualified and friendly instructors and a 100% welcoming and familiar environment. In short, a gem! Seeing is believing!
