Sara and Laura's lessons are wonderful, professional and very good... they deserve it. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for customer care... In my modest opinion, trying to speculate excessively also on who, perhaps, has already paid almost 1000€ for an annual subscription is out of place. Examples: ask for 1,00 € (!?!?! ) for the use of the mat at every single lesson, as well as making them pay 1,50 € (?!?!? ) a 0.5 litre bottle of water to those who, unfortunately, forgot it, as if it were a Bar (I would recommend a filtered water dispenser, for example)... In my opinion, these are really unelegant gestures that do not fit well with the structure and that could therefore be avoided.
