L'amore Dello Yoga

I have been practicing yoga with Lorella for over 20 years and I thank her for instilling in me the desire to follow this wonderful discipline which aims, in addition to physical well-being, at awareness and the search for our deepest inner self. Serious and professional, she gives herself completely and passionately transmits all her knowledge which is the result of years and years of intense study not only of yoga but of everything that may have points in common with this discipline. The lessons are held in a clean and well-kept environment where you recognize the attention to every detail, which instills serenity and makes it full of positive energy.

I came across this reality at a particular moment in my life, I felt the need to take care of my body, making it stronger and more elastic at the same time. There was the plan for a third child and the desire to get to that moment in the best possible way. Thus enlightenment arrived, YOGA was the answer! By pure chance I found Lorella's school online, so I called her and from the first syllable uttered by her voice I understood that it would be love... For me, for yoga, for her and for life. I have been following the path of yoga for 4 years now together with this group, led by her who is a humble teacher full of knowledge to give to others. The perfect balance between physical and meditative work is what distinguishes the Preman Yoga school from others, offering an opportunity for introspection and personal evolution.

I have had the privilege of working with the Preman Yoga school, the love of Yoga for a long time. The teacher is an extremely qualified and prepared person, with multifaceted knowledge. Able not only to transmit his knowledge through practice but also the love he has for this very ancient and complete discipline in an incomparable way. I already knew the practices but attending this school opened the doors to an incredible and vast knowledge. Whoever chooses the Preman Yoga school will never be separated from the love of Yoga.

Preman Yoga is an enchanting space, curated with love and attention to detail. I have been part of this school for 8 years and have experienced how yoga has transformed and enriched my life. Lorella is a generous, warm and engaging teacher.

I left school following the move to another city, but despite the distance, Lorella, the teacher, continues to be my guide; he was able to convey to me and to many of us not only his love for this discipline, but his curiosity and desire to know more and more. His is the ideal school for those who approach yoga for the first time for the information, the stimuli, the approach it gives you, but it is also ideal for those who want to grow, to learn to know their own body, to those who manage to understand that yoga is a path that you can continue to follow even when you are old. With her I learned the most important thing in life: breathing and only through her teachings did I understand that I wasn't breathing; and the breathing techniques learned still help me when I need them, to regain calm or excitement or help me with digestion or, even, to eliminate some sudden pain. Dances, mantras, mudras... his knowledge is so broad that with each lesson he reveals a little of this fascinating science. It is not easy to find a person in whom knowledge, grace, determination, creativity and kindness are concentrated. Thanks Lorella. Good road.

Finally, after several searches, I found the place where I could practice TRUE Yoga. In fact, having toured various facilities, I realized that Yoga in the West is becoming, especially in gyms, just a physical exercise, stretching etc... I was welcomed by Lorella the teacher, and I immediately felt a visual benefit entering its space, very carefully looked after, both the layout of the room with beautiful Indian statues, the lighting, and the objects useful for the practice of each individual student (mats, cushions, belt, bricks etc... The lesson it was definitely satisfying, both on a physical and mental level (you manage to listen to yourself and leave the problems outside...), and Lorella follows you carefully and corrects you with participation while you perform the Asanas. In closing, Vedic mantras and chants of the Indian tradition to free the mind...I still feel the benefits! Thank you

Lorella is a truly fantastic person, she immediately understood what I needed and, thanks to her teachers, she helped me a lot with just 2 lessons. I can't imagine what we'll do from here in the long haul ❤️ Really recommended. Taking care of yourself, carving out precious time in this moment in which we are all going at high speed, is something magical and extremely necessary.

One of a kind experience, very prepared teacher who transmits positivity and energy. Great attention to every detail, from the preparation of the classes to the always welcoming and lovingly prepared environment.
