This is a beautiful boutique yoga studio in a unique location (a renovated historical building with exposed brick and lots of cool architecture features). The teachers are wonderful and very experienced and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommended!

I took an inspired series of evening yoga classes at the MA and GI studio (which is absolutely lovely), a real retreat, at Via Arco de Banchi 8 A. My teacher was Elaine Goodall and I highly recommend her and the studio. Incredible personal attention, great emphasis on alignment and breathing (often overlooked !) and not falling into the bad habit of inappropriate position. I have brought friends. A real discovery !

MA&GI studio was the best thing that happened to me when living in Rome. It is a very boutique and friendly yoga&pilates studio in the heart of Rome. It became my second home where I could feel the family atmosphere surrounded by qualified and supportive teachers. Kundalini class with Ilaria made my body & soul calm and relaxed. Hatha Yoga with Claudia was demanding yet very satisfying practice guided with joy and support from the teacher. Highly recommended!

This boutique studio is fantastic. They organize smaller sessions that allow you to really relax and breathe. Their capable instructors give you excellent attention. Kudos to Laine and Margharita!

Small studio, welcoming, private, attention and attention to detail and above all to the client! I felt great and the Toral Barre class with Tiziana is a great work out for women's ctitic points. Also tried yoga and found a very competent teacher! The studio is perfect if you want to work in a few as if you were in a private lesson but at the cost of a collective! I highly recommend this!

It is located in the center of Rome and classes are small so you get individual attention which is unique and helpful! cozy and gorgeous atmosphere. There are english classes for international students as well. Thanks again Elena �
