Lovely studio! Was visiting Rome for a month and signed up for a week of unlimited classes and it was worth every cent! The studio has so much variety in class types as well as class times, so there is something for everyone! I attended a lyengar class, which was phenomenal, as well as a couple vinyasa classes and a wonderful Yin class as well! the instructors were so knowledgeable, i particularly enjoyed my classes with Benedetta and Fabiola, and the classes were all unique and just fantastic. Would absolutely return to RYOGA Trastevere again the next time im in Rome!

I attended a Rocket-inspired class and it was ok - it was sweaty and fast-paced but the poses didn’t suit the sequence I am familiar with and expected. The studio didn’t have some amenities you’d expect like towels or soap in the shower. I also thought the price (€25 for the class) was high.

This Review is NOT for the yoga practice. I did not enter the yoga primarily due to the “drop in fee” - 25 euros to practice - comparing to many other different cities and practices I’ve been able to attend for “drop in” found it quite high. Nice vibes though, in a very trendy area!#snobbyNewYorker

This is a lovely centre. My partner and I came to Jennifer's yoga for athletes class. With all the attention to hips, hamstrings and foam rolling out tight muscles it was also perfect for us as travellers who had landed on the early flight and spent all day walking around the city! Jennifer was excellent, very knowledgeable but super friendly and approachable. And she somehow managed to switch constantly between English and Italian to make sure everyone had understood but without affecting the flow of the class at all! Would definitely go back :)

Terrible experience. Maximum dishonesty. I found RYOGA at the end of July, on the site you are invited to contact a girl to get information on prices and courses in order to book a trial lesson. estimate as per intro photo pass for x euros and annual 500 and so euros. I accept the quote and pay the intro pass (they are closed for the entire month of August, so it extended until September). At the time of payment of the annual fee the amount became 600-odd. The only explanation we received was: we increased prices, “no one is forcing you”. If you give a customer a quote, you respect it.

Of the three centers, I think Ryoga is the most evocative. Beautiful location, beautiful wooden beams on the ceiling, beautiful dehors among the buildings of Trastevere. The venue is very beautiful, like the rest of the centers. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, all clean and very well kept. There are two large rooms which, if necessary, become one, another slightly smaller room and there is also a floor below where I haven't quite understood what it is, but I think there is a space used for lessons private, ayurvedic massages and the like. The kindness of the staff is always the synonym of quality of this wonderful place!

Well-kept spaces and always clean. Teachers prepared and ready to welcome you every day with a smile, as well as the girls at the reception!! A truly necessary space to get out of the daily routine The only small drawback is that sometimes the lessons are a little too full for the size of the classrooms ... since booking is necessary, I would recommend reducing the number of participants a little to be able to enjoy full of every practice!

In general, the gym is excellent and well equipped. The majority of teachers are excellent, but a few not so much. The same thing with the reception girls, very kind in general, but some of them arrogant and rude. It still costs quite a bit, but I think that by offering a nice and wide range of diversified and interesting lessons, it was worth it. I personally would also need lessons in the afternoon that aren't there. In general I think it's a great option for those who don't like boring conventional gyms, then they are 3 central and easily accessible units and with many different lessons, schedules and teachers.

Ryoga is much more than a yoga center! It's a daily experience and a break from everyday stress and bustle! A special thanks to Madeira, my teacher of the heart and to the boys of the secretariat: Francesco, Giulia and Sofia always kind and helpful with everyone!

Ryoga in Trastevere? In practice, greetings and smiles at the entrance would be enough and there would be no need to do the lesson ... then, seeing that one is already there, he takes advantage of it and enters one of the rooms where he can choose from an infinite variety of activities, styles and hours so it's almost impossible not to find something that suits you (without considering the other two centers where you'll find just as many choices). Very good and professional teachers and staff… did I mention that?… wonderful!!!

A little corner of paradise to escape the stress of everyday life. The teachers are kind and helpful, as well as prepared. While waiting for the lesson to start, you can enjoy a herbal tea and enjoy the silence. The app for booking lessons is easy to use and very useful.

I have been a member of this center since it opened in Trastevere, i.e. around 2015, and every year that passes I notice a worsening: starting with the equipment and spaces, which are not renewed and cleaned adequately (I am thinking above all of the mats, but not only), to move on to cancellation policies (it takes 12 hours in advance to cancel a reservation, even for virtual lessons), to overcrowded classes and constantly increasing prices. The teachers are of an excellent standard and the staff very kind and professional, so I continue to practice, but I hope that the trend will reverse soon or that other centers will open in the area because it is very frustrating not to have alternatives.

The competence of the teachers, the cleanliness of the changing rooms. I don't like that the shower lasts only a few seconds so you have to constantly press the button to let the water come out. I mentioned the shower one but didn't get any response. In Sallustiano where I rarely go no problem, but in Trastevere it is almost impossible to take a shower, thanks Francesco De Cave Pushing the shower button every 5 seconds is also green, please adjust the button

I really like this center, it was a very pleasant surprise. The girls and boys at the reception are always nice, smiling, helpful and spare no explanations. The instructors are very good, attentive to everyone's needs, ready to adapt exercises and lessons to the individual participant. The rooms are clean, warm, comfortable and the environment is very easy going.

Beautiful schools, teachers are all very good. The possibility of booking lessons in all three locations is convenient. Chiara and her particularly special Hatha Flow lessons. Highly recommended!
