I have yet to be to the studio as I don’t live in Rome, but I have participated in 3 retreats hosted by Sattva Yoga Roma. Each one has been an experience I hold close to my heart and incredibly supportive in my own personal evolution✨ Francesca & Alice are beautiful guides not only in the asana practice, but in the entire experience of yoga. I can’t say enough how thankful I am to have found this community here in Italy, and I HIGHLY recommend their retreats! (Even for those here in Italy on a trip, if you can fit one in, go for it!) Also important to note is for those who don’t speak much Italian, their ability to switch between the two and give both Italian speakers and English speakers the same amount of information & guidance is quite remarkable 😍

I had the opportunity to meet Francesca and Alice and I am grateful for it. The yoga and meditation path that I am following thanks to them and which I am experiencing is one of the things that has most positively impacted my daily life. There is never a shortage of challenges, but I feel that I am developing the right tools to face the needs and life situations that arise, without reacting anymore, but acting more consciously. This fills me with confidence and serenity.

Before Covid I didn't really know meditation and only during the pandemic did the real encounter come when a friend, to face the long period of lockdown, suggested that I listen to Francesca in her weekly "breathing" connections. It was a very important discovery, I personally lived the experience of meditation, a discipline that if experimented in the right way can change the energy of the body and of everyday life. I absolutely recommend Sattwa Yoga Rome because it is a highly qualified center on meditative techniques and the discipline of yoga and authoritatively teaches a profound knowledge of oneself through breathing. A high concept that brings pure energy and an incredibly better lifestyle.

I finally found the yoga I was looking for. It is actually possible to interrupt the often incessant activity of the mind and the body gains harmony, elasticity and health. Francesca is a wise, very sweet and very good teacher, her often silent guidance is full of subtle and powerful energy. Best yoga and meditation center! I met Francesca Maria Salerno during the lockdown period and I started following her live broadcasts with which she shared the tool of meditation to find a place of calm in the face of current uncertainty and fear. I looked for her months later because I was deeply struck by a phrase she had said, namely that there is a safe place within us where nothing can happen to us, despite the external pain. Starting a journey of mindfullness meant for me being able to make what I had mentally understood settle internally; experiencing - a wonderful thing - without the intervention of words the sensation of being a resource for myself; develop more creativity and above all compassion towards myself and others; pay attention to the present moment and consequently practice not judging, taking in everything that is beautiful in this precise moment; lower internal rumination and with it negative dialogue. More than anything else, knowing that I am, regardless of any type of identification, part of something wonderfully big. Same thing for yoga of which he shares the practice learned during the years spent in India. Francesca is a person who shares her knowledge and her great experience with her heart first of all and with generosity and extreme delicacy in a welcoming place.

I wanted to share my experience, to thank Sattva Yoga and thanks to the teacher Elena with her online practice lessons, she follows me and makes me feel good, both in mind and in spirit and in body! All year I was followed by an excellent Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher: Elena Ribichini. In addition to his professionalism, I was able to appreciate his courtesy, sensitivity and attention towards those following the lesson. I had fun, I felt it was good for me to participate. Elena is a very good and very attentive teacher! Thanks to the breathing exercises he taught me, I solved many post-covid problems and my back thanks me too! Absolutely recommended! and it's very convenient to follow the lessons on zoom (she's in Rome and I follow her from Bolzano ^^)
