Tulsi Yoga

I have been joyfully attending Tulsi yoga for several years. It is a serious center, but not serious! The teachers are welcoming and professional, they study and update their training, each with different styles and personalities. The lessons take place in a serene and non-competitive atmosphere, as it should be in yoga, but always stimulating. The school premises are bright and clean, everything conveys a sense of care, simple but attentive. Professionalism and hospitality do not translate into prohibitive costs. The lesson timetable is distributed very well throughout the week, in fact I recommend practicing with different teachers. After a few meetings you feel at home, guaranteed!

Tulsi for me means inclusion. This school is a place to find serenity and awareness, a place to start, continue or rediscover your own path in yoga. There is attention, listening and respect for all the ways in which each of us chooses to approach and experience yoga. In addition to the daily practices, themed events and seminars are organized from time to time for those who want to learn more and experiment. I felt comfortable right away and I would recommend anyone interested in yoga to start here.

High professionalism, deep passion for yoga, a place of peace, attentive care for each of us, positive energy, new initiatives, constructive relationships, inner growth are just some of the words with which to describe Tulsi Yoga and its wonderful teachers /the.

I have been going to this center for a couple of months and I can no longer do without it. The teachers are competent, welcoming and you can feel their passion in the room. There is real attention for everyone and, above all, the meaning of yoga is experienced, as a philosophy of life and not a mere physical practice. All this, with balance, without intrusiveness of any kind. Congratulations and thanks!

Today (January 19, 2019) for the first time I participated in an event at the Tulsi Yoga headquarters, with great satisfaction. This was my second time taking a yoga nidra class; the first time was this morning, in another location. I really like yoga nidra. If I remember correctly, the instructor is called Tiziana; explains very well. The relaxation is the part I liked the most, but the previous part is also great for my tastes. I don't know if I will return to Tulsi Yoga location, but I will recommend Tulsi Yoga to my friends.

Professionalism, harmony, seriousness... what can I say, Tulsi is the perfect place to get closer to yoga! The center is welcoming, comfortable, basic, but well looked after. I can only recommend it!!!

This is the place! Yoga is a transformative experience and here from the first moment I found smiles, welcome and teachers who made me truly love it, giving me the key to going deep, always listening to me. A lifestyle... a real Yoga Center!

It's the little place where I leave my everyday life outside and where I find my soul. I leave serene and energetic at each lesson. All teachers are very empathetic and who prefer attention to the mind and body as a whole. It's not a gym for me .. this in summary.

If you want to practice Yoga in a center where professionalism is the norm, this center is ideal. The teachers are prepared and kind and do this job with infinite passion. The center is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, plus there is good flexibility on opening times.

I have now practiced at Tulsi several times and each time it was better than the previous one! The teachers are real Masters and the environment is extremely pleasant, as well as sanitized 😅

This center has the merit of having made me passionate about a discipline that I never really appreciated. Now I attend practices twice a week and I am very satisfied! thanks and keep it up!
